Well, I can say for sure that proper education has almost disappeared, taking intelligence, logic, and grammar down with it. However, moral discipline is heavily subjective, it depends entirely on with whom you look upon to determine your own moral compass...me, well, I feel perfectly justified in my actions, and as such, my moral discipline is on lock. Now, of course, a hardcore religious fascist type would find my basic daily activities disgusting, and claim I'm going straight to a cheese forest with a cardboard flame, luckily for me however, I realized a long long time ago that the only one's rules I need to follow are my own.

He is right, well i know in north america discipline is in huge lacking. For example in schools students have too much power and can get away with too much. That is just my opinion
