Biologically normal
Socially semi-normal
Morally abnormal (your folks would kick the flying wasp outa you)
Pics or it doesn't happen.

Rather defensive for a guy who doesn't sleep with his sister. :?
What are the odds that someone with an adopted sister makes a thread about being physically attracted to an adopted sister and isn't attracted to his adopted sister? Does that make sense? Btw I say the odds are pretty low:P
I think you've been watching too much Anime.
SpinoRaptor24
This is probably correct knowing GS users and their anime obsessions.

The first thing I'm going to do at work tomorrow is have the actuaries calculate this. What are the odds that someone with an adopted sister makes a thread about being physically attracted to an adopted sister and isn't attracted to his adopted sister? My brother was adopted and the idea of treating him like anything other than a brother is completely foreign to me. Being of the same blood is irrelevant as he been my brother my entire life and will always be my brother. The same would be true even if I had an adopted sister.mindstormSame here. Being physically attracted to your adopted sister, in my mind, at least, is definitely abnormal.

Lies, judging by your response your around 14 years old and you are attracted to your adopted sister. This thread is making me lol so hard. I completely read your sentence with the "lol" excluded, and I was disturbed. Then I re-read it.[QUOTE="TacticalDesire"]

I feel stupid.
Also, if you, I mean "someone", are/is attracted to your/their adopted sister, you/they probably haven't known them for very long.
Well... that too.I completely read your sentence with the "lol" excluded, and I was disturbed. Then I re-read it.

I guess it depends highly on how old you both were when adopted though, along with other family dynamics.

idunno exactly what Frued said, but imo I feel men are attracted to women that act like the women in their family. The women I find attractive have a lot in common with my sister and my mom; strong, feisty, athletic, etc...I try not to think about it lol, but I cant deny it either.
But what I am getting at is that if youre attracted to those qualities, and your sister is not of blood, its pretty hard not to be attracted to your sister.
I also notice women tend to be attracted to men that are like their brothers, especially if they have a lot of brothers.

I'm sure that's true! It makes sense, but I just wonder if the fact that they are related to you (even if not genetically) would overrule that and ultimately be a turn off. It's normal to feel physically attracted to whatever your find physically attractive. Men generally tie physical attraction to physical looks. Women on the other hand tend to tie physical attraction to social aspects of a man. So there's much different psychology between you liking your sister and your sister liking you.
Sounds normal...kind of, I mean it's like going out with your second cousin, if someone told you that they are going out with their second cousin would you feel OK.
It's not like you're related by blood. Doesn't sound too strange.
EDIT: Damnit, someone beat me to it! :x
