If her best friend is a girl then it wouldn't bother me. Heck I'd probably like it lol. But if it's a guy then it depends. If he's gay then I wouldn't care. If he's not gay then yeah it would bother me.
my friend's girlfriend used to sit on my lap alot... it bothered me and i would try to make an excuse to get up as soon as possible without seeming rude. He never said anything to me, but the behavior just seemed inappropriate and im a pretty awesome friend so i just do cool stuff like that.

Shouldn't you be your girlfriend's best friend? Anyways, it's pretty messed up. If he was sitting on her lap it'd more akward, there for less offensive.
