Is it possible to be so scared...

.. you poop?

I know a fellow who was playing the first Silent Hill, and there was a scary locker scene where something jumped out at him and, well-

[spoiler] He pooped  [/spoiler]

But, doesnt it take a bit of concentration to do that? You cant just do it on command can you?

Never happend to me although there has been few times where I almost pissed on myself for laughing very hardtrophylocoste

Belive it or not It actualy is an instinctive reflex. In bird this is more evident They tend to LIGHTEN themselves after a partucularly heavy meal....(ok a little brid has way too many seeds and a cat happens to spot it and pounces. The bird will actualy relive itself and at the same moment take flight.)    (the cat misses the bird lands on the poop and breaks its neck..lol)  Humans have the same reflex too. but it seems that it takes the most extreme circumstances  to trigger this.

The whole point of this is to help you move faster in case of FIGHT OR FLIGHT...

and the smell will sometimes lose predators, so it is a defence mechanism
