English is my first language and I am fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, and German and a little japanese at only 17. I think that's just a lot right there but I can't believe if people speak more than 7 languages :?

you would have to be born with a natural talent for language. Apparently once most people get around their 5th language they start forgetting things from ther 2nd and 3rd. The human mind can only retain so much.Big_player

That and if you don't exercise your language speaking skills you could ultimately lose them in the end.

Some autistic savants can learn loads as well.

Dolph Lundgren (the russian guy from Rocky 4 although he is actually swedish) can speak 5 languages, has a 3rd dan blackbelt, was a European champion in karate and has a masters degree in chemical engineering. So pretty cool guy. Probably doesn't afraid of anything.

I envy you :(. I wish I was fluent in at least one other language, I find it to be the coolest thing, I don't have the patience though :(.nickyb628

Foreign languages were always one of my top favorites in school and since I really didn't have any favorites that says a lot :P
