The person that originally drank from it, and the person that drinks after them would both have to have cuts in their mouths. Chances would still be slim though.
ok I'm prett sure I don't have mono (knocks on wood) I was playing beer pong with my bro and a couple of his friends and my bro doesn't have mono and he's played with them almostall the time. I also don'thave any cuts in my mouth. If anything I'm wondering if the alcohol would kill the bacteria anyway.
