Is it right for men?

Is it right for men to shave all the hair on their legs and still remain macho? Today I was having a shower and just noticed how hairy it is, I used to always think that having a hairy body makes you a lot more macho than a hairless one but now I'm not too sure, Cause there is a guy in my football team and he has virtually no hair on his legs, its basically like a baby's bottom and we were all poking fun at him... so anyone got any advice?

And if so what do you prefer, a hairy, kinda hairy or hairless legs

Doesn't really matter. I can understand shaving legs if it's hot or if you're a swimmer.

My legs are pretty hairy so I'd be too scared to shave them.

Do what ever you feel comfortable, you will play as a huge role model as in "I do what I feel is comfortable for me" and break stupid stereotypes on how people should dress/do their hair etc...

Then people will start feeling comfortable doing the same

Trim don't shave! It's odd on guys :? However, from a girls point of view it's nicer if you shave your...erm giblets... god I hope I don't get modded for this :|

Shaving itself really isn't "macho." I hate shaving but have to because of my job. I don't get why people would even want to shave their legs... male or female.foxhound_fox

i think armpits is more reaosnable then legs. If you're out on the beach trying ot hit on girls and you have a carpet between your arm thats kinda nasty.

Wow...Never thought I'd be having this discussion but...Here goes xD

The legs thing...I don't see it as a big deal. It would be too much of a hassle for me, cause I'm lazy, and my legs aren't really all that hairy anyway...But I have several friends who run track/cross country, and things like that, and shave because of that...So it doesn't really affect your masculinity...But people will think that they will think :/

Now about...other hair...I used to shave mine, because it was much more comfortable for me, and I liked the look better...But it became way too much of a hassle, so I just keep it in check now so that things don't get lost down in there xD

Butt hair..That's just strange o.o I guess if you want to, go right ahead..
