is it true American women dig British men ?

the reason i ask is because i was out drinking with my friends a few weeks ago and a couple of American girls walk in and go up to the bar and order a drink so i continued to drink my pint and speaking to my friends when one of the girls goes wow great accent so i turn round and go thank you and as soon as i said that the whole group of girls crowded around me saying how cute i was and how sexy my accent was so i actually went over to there table and had a couple of drinks with them and one offered me her number but i declined because i already have a girl so i just wanted to ask is it true ?

For some, yes. Usually, some **** and bull about how it makes them sound educated.

Oh, and, from what I've seen on TV, American women all appear to hot yet, the news keeps telling me that obesity is one of the biggest issues for America. I don't know who to believe!?!?!?

Depends on where you go and how much you trust those obesity statistics. I heard some of those who count for those obesity statistics include active servicemen because they are heavier than what the normal person should be weighing (because they work out too much).

Rofl, Brew's technical meaning down south is for Ale, but up north, if you say brew, they think tea for some reason and if you tell tell them it means ale, they just get confused. Brew is Ale because it is a product of the brewing process...... maks logical sense......

The obesity figures are overbloated (no pun intended).. The US does have a problem with obesity but its system the government stil uses is highly flawed.. And that is the Body Mass index system which basically takes hieght and wieght as the only factors, not fat %.. Meaning just about every professional athelete is considered obesed or severely overwieght due to the BMI.. That means they are factored into that count.

I live in Oxfordshire and i have had people tell me i sound posh a few times. I guess anywhere in England where you dont have a strong accent (not the the north, liverpool, ect) your likely to get a 'posh' accent

they dont exist to the media, because they arent snooty american haters. Not all English people are, but a lot of people in the US think so, and the media is playing off it.

There is some truth to this, I think it's because the accent sounds sophisticated. Thank god I'm a good impressionist.
