Is it weird that every night this month I have been having dreams.

They are not related or recurring. I just keep dreaming every time I sleep.

Well technically we dream every night, its just that we forget.

Maybe your dreams left a big impression on you and thats why you've been noticing them.

don't you use any drug or something? ..i'm saying this because since i've been given "haloperidol" which is an anti-schizophrenia drug,i can almost remember every dream i've been dreaming .

You mean you are remembering your dreams since we dream several times every time we sleep.

My gran has been given that. It's been causeing her to constantly grind her teeth. Actually, she's been doing a lot of sleepwalking since she started taking it too. Have you noticed any other weird side effects?

everyone dreams as its thought to be a process of remembering things that happened that day or whatever, but for some its hard to remember the dream as when you wake up its stored in your short term memory and if you dont write it down or something you forget it. i sometimes get those dreams where its of like some point in the near future, but then you forget it or dont take real notice to it, then it happens and you get de ja vu and its freaky as you know it was going to happen and you lead yourself to that point

I find I remember my dreams much better if I have a poor night's sleep. Maybe something's been waking you up during the night. It's getting quite hot where I am, and I find I'm waking up every half hour. It's really frustrating, but the upside is, like you, I'm remembering lots of dreams.

..thankfully..not yet,i'm not really sure about teeth-grinding though..but that's probably just because my drug's dose isn't that high. what's hers? that should be avoided at any cost.

I'm not too sure about her dosage but I do know that it was recently reduced because she started to develop shakes (the doctor thought it may be related, and given the timing, it's believable). It definitely calmed her down - pretty much putting an end to her anxiety attacks - but these side effects, in addition to the accelerated memory loss, make me think that it's a powerful drug and that her dosage may have been prescribed a little hastily.

yeah .shaking is one of the common side effects of haloperidol, actually i promised my psychotherapist to don't check it's side effects on the internet, but my recent eyelid problems made me break my words.i checked it out and some really scary side effects had been mentioned.(though my eyelid shaking wasn't related to it)

I wouldn't worry about eyelid twitches too much. They're pretty common and I get them myself. They're apparently attributable to lack of sleep, caffeine or stress. I heard somewhere that they could also be down to a deficiency of some metal - magnesium or zinc, I think.

I like nightmares. When you wake up, you feel a sigh of relief.

Dreaming is not weird at all, but if you keep having the same dream over and over, then you should be worried! :?

The problem is you're only getting one dream. You're supposed to get 2-3 dreams a day each lasting around 90 minutes.

Well you dream every time you sleeep but for some reason you are able to remember them more often now. Why? I don't know.

That's actually healthy. It means you've entered REM sleep which is what everyone should be trying to do.
