Theres nothing wrong with it, hell I'll admit that one time I liked an emo girl. Note that she was really hot though. ;) As long as you don't turn emo urself.
I like this emo girl, she's always talking about how unhappy she is. Its so obvious she wants a boyfriend, but I know she just wants to be friends me. Dammit.
Emo girls tend to be ok, and imo they re much better than preps (i just can t stand how stupid most of them are). That, and i tend to have "emo" views on quite a few things too. And emo girls are usually really cute.
Well, if you can stand her. Some emos can be unbearable to listen to. And others can switch boyfriends easily/be sluts, but that's not too common, so don't worry too much. And I know this because I have an emo friend who likes to talk about her various boyfriends with me.
