No matter how much france doesn't want the olympics in london to happen its happening jk but seriously theres been a date like this set before and when it doesn't happen they push it back to a later year and using that theory they'll eventually get it right but after thosands of times of getting it wrong. I dont believe the planet BS because if there was another Planet in our Solar System, then Im pretty sure about us finding it.

The Earth completes a turn where the poles shift (Forget the scientific term) every 26,000 years. Obviously, recorded History doesnt go that far back, if we were even able to write or even walk upright. If something did happen then, then it obviously didnt destory the world we know today, so I highly doubt it will cause the earth to implode or anything like that. We might have mass volcanoes and stuff like that, but I doubt it will cause Humanity to go extinct.

Ive said this before numerous times so Ill say it again. I believe in God, you might not but I do, and he said that not even Jesus Christ knew when the end of days would come. If not even Jesus knew it, then how could every day people know it?

Do I think something will happen? Yes, I do. Nostrodomus even prophicied that something would happen, among numerous other prophets. So I do think something will happen, not the end of Humanity but definatly something. Do I know what will happen? No, and I probably wouldnt want to either.

Also, the Mayan Calander BS is being blown way out of proportion. 2 of several explanations. 1) The Mayans simply didnt know what to put after it, seeing as they might notve been able to read that far into the future based on Astronomy. 2) The Mayans believe that the Earth was created and destroyed 5 times. We're in the 4th time now, and that time is going to end on 12/21/2012. After that will be an age of re-birth, hopefully for the better.

Like I said, this just just what I think, no guarentee's.

1. No one can predict the future. The only reason people do it is to be able to say: "called it!" when they are right.
2. The "2012" nonsense is based of the "ending" of the Meso-American calendar being associated with a "doomsday" myth of the Mayans. Firstly, the calendar does NOT end, it "resets." Secondly, the myth does NOT tell of "the end of the world," it tells of a "period of great change."
3. All of these "predictions" were given by a civilization that went completely extinct over 1000 years ago. If they could not predict their fall then what makes anyone think they can predict the end of the world?
