Is people kissing animals normal to you?

Now I know there are tons that do not like beastiality, and there are tons that may put aside people kissing animals like snakes, hamsters, toasters, dogs, cats, rabbits and many others.

Now some say that it's just likeness toward the animals, but I think that maybe they should put a restriction on how much you can love your animal, especially in public, before it leads to something else, and even if it doesn't the current state is usualy creepy enough.

I do it without putting too much thought into it.

Always kissed my animals since I was kid. Never knew people some people didn't kiss their cats on the mouth till someone brought it up.

Seems normal to me. Don't see anything wrong with it.

Well, I think it's kind of weird. I've never done it myself.

I don't do it to my animals. It's a harmless action nonetheless anyway.

You're assuming a kiss is always sexual.  People kiss family members, platonic friends, and in certain social circles mere aquaintances.  If someone starts french kissing their cat, then I might question it a bit, but honestly kissing animals is a pretty normal thing to do.

Dogs have cleaner mouths than humans believe it or not.  At least in the sense that you're less likely to get sick from something in a dog's mouth.  A dog is probably more likely to have gum disease, but that's a whole nother story.

Pretty normal thing. I've noticed it's particularly common with toy-sized dogs.

It's just showing affection towards your pet (you know what I mean).

No, I find it absolutely disgusting. I also hate animals and never want a pet. (Which makes me totally biased and kind of a weirdo by social standards)

I had several bad Dog experiences when I was younger, and my trust for animals of any kind is absolutely zero. People who have really strong relationships with their pets freak me out.

I give light kisses on my cats forehead. 

Just some affection, nothing gross or any more meaning to it.

I think it's weird, but I'm not animal lover as it is. 

Bit hypocritical that I kiss my cats on the head, but think it's gross people let their dogs lick their face. It just seems dirtier.

We don't need more limits on people's rights. Hell, I can't say I'm attracted to animals, but if Jane finds Skipper a catch, it's her problem.

But in the romantic sense, well of course that's not normal.

I've kissed my dog before, god rest her soul. Nothing wrong with showing affection to your pets. Can't imagine the immaturity required for equating that with romantic feelings and even bestiality. Wtf?MrPraline

Animals are germ-less.

Its normal as long as it isn't a french kiss or something rediculous. Letting your dog lick your face/lips is ok.
