Is "Desperate Housewives" still a popular show?

Well, is it? When it first came out in 2004, the show along with Lost made ABC really popular I bet, and probably garnered a lot of viewership ratings. I mean it was even featured on Oprah I think, or at least a segment, from what I saw on those Oprah commercials.

But do people still enjoy it like before? And are there any guys who are secure enough to admit they watch, nay like the show? I will admit I have on occasion watched it, and I think the whole mystery element in every season (especially the first) is what keeps guys able to watch through the annoying parts and also be slightly interested in the show, not just the female crowd.

Also, season 5 was really bad. And I mean really bad. It was the first season that I saw from beginning to end, and I have to say that the show is beyond tiresome. I saw little of what made season 1 so enjoyable and actually fun to watch somewhat.

In my book, it's never been a popular show. I first heard of it this past year, the plot was generally explained to me and I gotta say, that stuff is a waste of life.

Yeah, it sorta is. It started going downhill after the second season though.

Its popular in my town. Anyway, I've seen a few episodes and it really sucks. There's no reason to waste hours of your life on that crap.

First season rocked. And then it was a downhill ride thereafter.

Well, is there anyone else who has heard of this show, and maybe perhaps has enjoyed it whenever there was nothing good on tv before turning in for the night?

No ways. If there's nothing on TV, that's a good reason to turn it off. I think I stopped for maybe three minutes to see what it was, but it couldn't hold my interest for very long. Staring at walls is more entertaining. (Or at least I find it to be.) Really though, I'm sure there are a million better things to do than watch that. If you don't normally enjoy it, why be a potato and try to when there are other kinds of potatoes to be?

I never really saw it as a popular show since I only knew one person who ever watched it.

No idea, but Eva Longoria is still popular in my mind.

I dunno... none of them looks especially hot... They looks like they looked hot 15 years ago, or something... But they do have some MILF left is them.. Especially the redhea. I like redheads.
