Is Satan really evil or is God just making stuff up?

Everyone always says that God is the good guy, but ever heard of the term "scapegoat"?

How do we know that Satans views are being fairly represented in the bible? Satan made some points about pleasures of the flesh being good, God rattles on about how evil gay people are (they really don't seem evil to me) and everyone automatically sides with God?

You know what else is true? Fire is cool. Yeah, I said it. Brimstone is a pretty rock too. And why exactly aren't animals allowed into heaven? Animals are cool. My cat can play the Piano so I think he deserves to get into Heaven, don't you?

We live in a world of balance, without "good and bad" and "dark and light" thing's couldn't be "natural", besides, if God just got rid of Satan, bad thing's would still happen, cuz we're humans, and we'll always have that original sin. I usually stay out of religious debates because there will never be a resolve...but can I ask you something? WHY? Why is the TC "evil"? What wrong did he do? If anything, he's being open-minded and questioning faith, trying to make logic out of it. I would say that a 'good' religious person would answer him or try to make sense of it for him....Not attack him!!

There's nothing in the Bible saying God hates gays or that they are evil and there's nothing saying that animals couldn't go to Heaven.

Punisher2k8's comment was unnecessary. But the TC is far from being an open-minded person, "questioning faith" and "trying to make logic out of it" when he doesn't even have a good understanding of the faith he's questioning.
