Is sixth sense the best suspense film?

I have seen Sixh Sense and i love the twist ending.Is it the best twist ending.Are there some other movies similar to sixth sense.

Its good but not the best, try "Rosemary's Baby" or "The Third Man".

Silence of the Lambs takes that title, though that's not saying The Sixth Sense isn't amazing.

I didn't find the Sixth Sense to be that great. It got kinda lame when they showed the aliens.

I liked the twist at the end of fight club (and watching it again and seeing all the clues)

but fight club wasn't as suspensful.

Of course any Alfred hitchcock is chockers of suspense - even his old tv series.
