I was watching a TV promo for it on Global (Canadian network that airs new episodes of Family Guy) and they said that originally he was supposed to come out but they decided to not to.

was that episode when Stewie and Brian discussing in the end and Stewie like who needs girls anyway.. and he like i rather be with guys than girls and do the same thing you do with girls but with guys.
And Brian like yes but then you will be g@y... and Stewie like ohh that what that is.. and he said I totally can get into g@y.
He's everything. He wouldn't mind being gay grows up to have sex with a chubby chick for 4 seconds, wants his mom to beat him, and wants to have sex with Brian. That is screwed up :|.
