Not sure if any of you will know, but when I go to retail stores all I see is the hacked PG-13 version of this film. I realy want the regular unrated version. I hate when they cut things out because of overly sensitive morons.

The reason the movie got the R rating initially was because of the language. Â The only thing that was cut from the final film to get the PG-13 rating was the use of three expletives, nothing more--so it's not as if whole scenes were axed.
The MPAA were always weird when it came to language in some movies. Â When the first Clerks movie opened in 1994, they were going to slap the movie initially with an NC-17 rating because of the language--despite the fact that there was absolutely no nudity or violence. Â Luckily for the studio, it was re-rated with an R with no edits whatsoever.
As far as an unrated version, I think there's only the PG-13 version in stores. Â It doesn't make financial sense for the studio to spend money on producing an "unrated" DVD just to put three swear words back in.
I thought I remember there being nudity and sexual scenes and a rape scene, and maybe some drugs and alcohol usage (can't remember it's been a while), and playing around with a fake schlong and gay porn, on top of the language, kind of hard to believe a PG-13 cut came ever out except in a made for TV version... are we talking about that Bully movie where all those kids team up to kill another kid and then go around telling everybody about it?lamprey263You might be thinking about this movie. The one the TC is referring to is a documentary that was released last year.
