Take weight gaining supplements? I'm a 15 year old Sophomore and I weight an astonishing 106 pounds >.>

Most of those types of things require you to be a certain age, but when I checked websites they didn't have one. So does this mean it's ok to take them at 15 or should I be older?

Why do you want to take them? Also you should talk to your doctor about this, not an internet forum.

I'm 5'6 or 5'7 I'm pretty short too. I wan't to take them so I'm not so damn skinny anymore. I eat ALL the time but I never gain weight. I eat carrots, celery, broccoli, corn, potatoes, and even spinich and it does nothing. I eat many healthy foods so I just don't get it.

That's why you're not gaining weight...eat plenty of protein and animal fat. What you're eating in unsaturated fat currently.

You don't eat enough. That's it. What I mean by that isn't that you aren't satisfied, but you don't stuff yourself. You have to eat when you don't want to, you always need to go for seconds, wipe everything clean -- every single day. It sucks. I

WOW! You should join the track team or the cross country team. You would probably be really good. Anyways, what's your BMI or w/e it's called?

Are you serious? You're NEVER going to gain weight eating that crap, go and have a few double whopper meals a day then you'll soon put on the beef.

I recommend working out, eating lots of BK, or something. Lol.

You need to eat....and when you think your full eat some more. Your food choices are good....don't start eating unhealthy foods high in saturated fats and what not...that isn't the weight that you want to put on. You want lots of vitamin rich fruits and vegetables along with lean protein meats and high carb non processed bread and pasta. You need to eat your weight times 2 in protein, times 4 in carbs min. You need to eat 6, 7, 8 times a day... you need to wake up in the middle of the night and eat. You need to eat until you are sick but once again...HEALTHY

Dude don't worry about it too much. I'm 19 5' 9" and I weigh only 98 lbs. I usually don't loose any mass but get some whey protein, hit the gym and eat 5 (smaller) meals a day. I'm pretty inconsistant and I haven't done much since school started but I gained 2 lbs in 4 weeks over the summer. I think its due to how I matabolize my energy but I;m not quite sure. Maybe I'll figure it out soon... Anyway, muscle is denser than fat and since I doubt you'll be burning too much fat, you will pretty much only be gaining muscle. Give it a try man, I can't see how it would hurt. (or can I?)
