Is there a difference between an Ipod Touch and an Iphone?

Besides the Phone feature, are the dimensions the same as the Ipod Touch? So you can get accesories for it, and it'll work on both?

As noted by many the iTouch is thinner than the iPhone so you need different cases for them.

The main difference is that the iTouch doesn't have the phone components. That means better battery life but you can't browse the web via 3G, anywhere.

GPS plus no internet (since not a phone). Meaning you it wont be close to as useful as the Iphone. Iphone is so helpful. We got lost today going to a party. The GPS could not find it (old map). My brother took out the iphone went to google maps and found the exact location. Things like that.

Iphone is thicker. When buying a case for the itough you have to get the one made for the itouch. itouch is thinner

So overall main difference beside making phone calls is the internet. Being able to use the internet almost anywhere compared to only in wifi locations. This is really really big.

One's an expensive paper weight.
