i am an active member of GS for about one year and i seldom meet french ppl here :Is that just my impression or does french don´t like a lot english sites?
Don't know about that...but I personally love the French. Majored in French in college (er, university) and worked over there as an "assistant d'anglais" in a lycee.

Maybe because we aren't allowed to talk French, it seems like not many french are around here.. But I can talk a little French. Does that count?
Je suis de la Suisse, mais j'habite en la Canada. J'apprend le langue francais en l'ecole. D'OH! I was thinking in German, but got my French confused with Spanish. Thats the price you pay for trying to keep 5 languages in your head at once!
