Is there any way to legally prevent the Koran burning?

I heard that you need a permit for a bonfire and last I checked they didn't have one. Are there any other ways that would legally stop the koran burning from happening?

That pesky Constitution says no. Even the lack of burn permit isn't much of a legal blockade. The worst that could happen there is a ticket and fine.
