I have my reasons for leaving home that I can't really explain over writing. (Although I can tell you it's not due to some "My Parents won't let me go to a party and I hate them") Is there really any possibliltiy I can leave home even though I am not the legal age. I tried looking for foreign exchange programs but they won't offer them to me till I turn 16 (Which isn't till next Summer) Is there any other possibility?
Stay at home. Go to school. Get out when you're 18.
Or "emancipate" yourself from your parents. Don't know the specifics but I hear it's possible. Though that crap would never fly with my folks. Roll the dice.
I'm sure if your circumstance was extreme enough you could leave home but you would probably end up in a foster home or a relatives. Is that really what you want?
When I stayed in China it wasn't too uncommon seeing 15 year olds leaving home and taking menial jobs for money. Go stay with relatives or go to a freakin boarding school; society doesn't offer much for your age group at this point. Best option is to wait 3 years...that's when you'll be granted more freedom as an adult anyway.

Pretty much this. Even if you aren't abused and just need to branch out, you can do it if you have good grades and can find a job. I think that one of the prerequisites for emancipation is that you need to be able to live without needing your parents, so you have to be smart.
I had to move out when I was 16, however my situation was VERY dire. If there is any way you can either tolerate your parents or move in with relatives until you are out of high school I would suggest doing so. I can't even begin to describe the **** that comes along with making it on your own before 18.
Depending where you live, you might be able to. But you might get taken into custody by child protective services, who will place you somewhere. Otherwise, it'll be extremely difficult for you to support yourself and continue going to school (which you should do), and finding a place that will rent to a minor with no parent to co-sign will be very hard. If you're being abused or something, please contact whatever local teen shelter you might have, as well as the police. You can stay at a place like covenant house if there is one in your area, and they will have counselling for you until you can be placed with a relative or in another home.
