I had to do one for an internet movie forum that was something like:

Please Select the best Chuck Norris Joke from the bottom few choices, then retype it in the space provided and hit continue:

a) Chuck Norris is the only man on earth who can slam a revolving door.
b) Chuck Norris can strangle you with a cordless phone.
c) When Chuck Norris does division, there are no remainders.
d) They once tried to name a street after Chuck Norris, but changed the name when a whole bunch of mysterious deaths happened on it. Nobody crosses Chuck Norris.

That was definetly the one I had the most fun doing :) I also never came across spam bots on that forum.
