is this a side effect of puberty?

i turned 13 2 weeks ago, and today i woke up and there was blood all over my bed and i was bleeding from my nose and ears. is ths just puberty taking its course?Xeros606

My friendt kicked me in the balls and when i took a pee so it came blood, I say I got my FIRST PERIOD
