sounds like insomnia mixed with boredness.
perhaps take a benadryl or two at night to help you fall alseep.
I find your story highly unlikely. If you're suffering from delusions and hallucinating, you might be a schizophrenic. Those things don't just happen on their own.

lack of sleep can cause hallucinations and such.
Paranoia, hallucination, and delusions are not associated with a healthy mental status.
If you truly are experiencing this you need to see a psychiatrist.
Most nights, I stay up all night, from sundown to sunrise, on the internet, looking up crazy stuff, well, first I do.... porn..... then I spend the rest of the night lookong up videos and typed reports on stuff, like conspiracy theories, end of the world stuff, illuminati stuff, alien stuff, paranormal stuff, then, I spend the rest of my time in a deep paranoia of everything, I start to hallucinate, I start getting delusional, and I start talking to myself. And finally (usually around 10 or 11 AM; after I have been awake for over 28 hours), I fall asleep. Is this keeping a healthy level of insanity or am I just nuts?Kevlar101Maybe your hallucinations, delusions and weird stuff are due to lack of sleep. You should go to bad at normal hours (i.e. sometime between 10 P.M. and 2 in the morning).
Well the thing is, I am not like this when I am well rested. If I have been up for longer than 24 hours then I start to get a little insane.......... Which leads me to believe that its just lack of sleep that causes my craziness. Like I said, i'm only like that when I have been up for a long period of time. Kevlar101
yea lack of sleep can cause hallucinations delusions and to an extant, a feeling of insanity. or something along those lines.
but like i said earlier, at nght when you plan/want to go to bed take a couple benadryl(generic brand is the same, and cheaper) and that should help you fall asleep. dont bother buying the sleep aid medication, as the only active ingredient in most of those are just 50mg Diphenhydramine. which is the exact same active ingredient in benadryl. except benadryl has 25mg per pill.
however dont take too much benadryl as it is a hallucinogen and hard to sleep if too much is taken. ive had trouble sleeping when ive taken 3 at once not due to hallucinations but it gaveme restless leg syndrome.
i usually take 1-2 before i go to bed. depending on how many ive had throughout the day.(ive gotbad allergies 24-7 so i take benadryl alot)
