The person in question keeps telling me he is "buff" and "built" with "built pecks".
Would you agree? J/w.

The face is photoshopped to hide identity.
i dont know how he didn't notice the photoshop lol.looks like both to me. But to be "ripped", he'd have to lose a lot of body fat.
just guessing, but I'd wager he is around 20-30% body fat.
He's fat, and looks fat.
that's a buff dude, your friend is just fat.
SirWander
no, that is ripped. Buff is synonymous with "strong"; lots of strong/buff people out there do not look ripped.
[QUOTE="FinalFighters"]You're fat TCJankarcop
Its my best friend. He's a bit on the slow side, but I want to convince him to lose weight.
Get him to do P90X, it's a great program.[QUOTE="Jankarcop"]

Reminds me of my roommate. He's super fat, but thinks he's buff, just because he's strong, and can lift a lot. I'm like, yeah, you can lift a lot, but you still have a ridiculous amount of body fat, a fat gut, and huge man-boobs. What's sad though, is that my roommate is straight up delusional about it, and he honestly thinks he's not as fat as he is, and whenever there's people around, he goes out of his way to mention how he's been dieting, and losing a bunch of weight, even though no one asks or cares. And he's clearly lying about that, because, if anything, he's actually gained weight in the last year, and everyone who knows him agrees on that. He actually told me the other day that he was down to 180 pounds. I had to literally choke back a laugh, because if that were true, he'd weigh less than me, which is simply not possible. I'm stupid skinny. Just pretty tall. A friend of mine is actually a professional personal trainer, and I asked him how much he thinks my roommate probably weighs, and he replied, with no hesitation, "not a chance in hell that he's under 210 pounds". And he's like 5 foot 7.

He can do P90X/insanity in his own home without others around him when he does his exercise.[QUOTE="FinalFighters"]You're fat TCJankarcop

Ok well tell him to focus on Chest exercises because i see he's starting to get man boobs..He doesnt even have to go to the gym for that if hes the insercure type. just buy 2 x 25lb dumbbells and workout at the house.Not as bad as liking black ops.hipster[QUOTE="MakeMeaSammitch"]

If this image is accurate, your friend is between 30 to 35% body fat. Yeah, I'd say fat.
He should eat healthier and less(obviously) and if he doesn't want to sign up for a gym membership, suggest the two of you go for walks, and from there you can continue to jogs, and runs.
I think I'm at about 12
