I've been in Colorado over a year, and it's still hard for me to get over how pot went from baggies and Dutch Masters to humidors and gold leaf rolling papers.

I'm in BC, its going to be, basically is already. If I walk around in downtown Vancouver on a friday night there are stands openly selling weed to anyone, cops dont stop it. Lots of 'compassion clubs' (dispenseries) selling it for those with cards to get it medically, and I've heard those cards are pretty easy to get.
In Hawaii? Does it need to be? From Maui here, fucking COPS have crops growing in their backyard for crying out loud. Honestly, no one cares here, and I’ve been caught before by cops who’ve just laughed.
So I don’t know if it’s legal or not because the enforcement of it so lax that it’s not even a concern worth worrying over. Medically it’s allowed, I know that.

I've lived here the whole time while it was legalized medicinally and then finally recreationaly. There are even drive through dispensaries in some counties. I thought legalization would drive prices up and quality down but it really hasn't. It's not really my cup of tea, but it's been interesting to watch.

Na, but they do a pretty rubbish job of catching people.
Almost every street corner sells it.
What!? Where!?
Uh...
...so I can avoid going to such a place of ill repute.
Officialy no but here in Czech Republic no one care. If cops see you with joint in mouth they make you lick a THC test only because they are forcet to do by laws and then inconspicuously ask you if you want share XD . I personaly avoid these things but it make me laugh all days.
Californian here, yes it is, yes it's awesome. At times you still need a recommendation from a "doctor" (its $30 and you can do it online in under 20min). Or you just have to be over 21yrs old with valid ID, depends on the clinic.

I'm in Colorado myself, Denver. What part are you in?
In Jamaica, it's not legal, but it's decriminalized. Each person is allowed to grow up to five pots of weed and you're allowed to carry up to 2 ounces (this is a lot) with you on your person.
This same decriminalization also paved way for the medical marijuana industry.
Nope. Decriminalized for small amounts, but still illegal (you get a fine I guess). Plus I hear the feds are trying to crack down on states where it's legal/decriminalized (effing Jeff Sessions), and some cops still make a big deal over it depending on where you live. Oh, and my work supposedly does random testing.
I honestly have no idea the status of Marijuana in my state. I see billboards for getting medical marijuana, but I don't remember a bill passing. I guess it just doesn't really concern me.
I'm up in Northern California, so no it's not legal [yet] for recreation, but it might as well be.
It's super easy to get a medicinal card, too, just go in and say "Oh my back hurts, I have trouble sleeping," and so on. If you're underweight you can say it helps you eat.
I'm looking forward to when it's legal in California, I might buy me a few plants and try growing my own. Most everyone is very pot-friendly around my area, too, and there's about five dispensaries within 40 minutes of me.
It's a beautiful world we live in, I tell you what.
Just got medical marijuana going here, but you can't buy smokeable products which is odd. Knowing my luck, it will be legalized right when I move after grad school :p
I visit a friend in Colorado once or twice a year and it's crazy how easy it is to buy over there, so many options.
In Alaska ,it is legalized for recreational use. Legal or illegal,it just don't really concern me as I don't smoke.Already an asthma patient. So I won't degrade my health.
