Seriously, why do they put this on those stupid personality tests for job applications? What the hell could that possibly tell your employer that is relevant to work?

i don't see it either, but i can tell you that i also hate it when the innocent people get sentenced

The U.S court system is beyond flawed. But what the heck, i have no idea why you said what you said in your post.

His title is a question on most job applications (online), and yes, it's incredibly annoying to answer all those questions that don't say anything about you. It's also maddening when the court lets guilty criminals go free :P

There's a difference between a court failing to prove a person is guilty of a crime and having a record that an employer should know about.
