Weather in my city is generally hot and unbearably humid, or cold and crazy windy. There's never really a good day.

edit: and I don't care what you think is cold weather and what's not. that fact that my ass feels good in 80 degrees while the body goes into hypothermia in 30 degree water clearly shows that 30= cold

Agreed. I generally don't go to the beach unless the temp is 75deg or above.

But you gotta understand that most people who live outside FL think it's all sunshine, sandy beaches, and palm trees down here.

It rarely gets lower than -5C where I am. Its still cold though.

I was so not used to anything below 30F. And then I moved to Lubbock, where a normal "breeze" is 20 mph. Which puts the windchill about 15-20 degrees below the actual temperature. To me, anything below 50F is pretty much unbearable, seeing as how I was raised in South East Texas. Granted, I can deal with hot and humid! When I got married, it was 104F, we got married outside, and I was in a ridiculous dress in full sun at 5:00 in the afternoon.Katafran
