They always say that dude... But it depends on how the girl say it. If you feel that there is nothing special in how she is saying 'i love you'.. then unfortunately the girl means FRIENDSHIP.

A girl used to say that to me always... i really like'd' her too... but apparently that girl used to say that to many other guys... just keep in mind that girls love to play around with guys and to give false hopes to us. I really hope thats not the case with you. all the best. :)

I don't know what you did to get in the friends zone but once your in it, thats hard to get out of. You should just move on and pursue other girls.
