I know the bulk of the 2000s was filled with crappy music, but there's alot of good, young bands and artists that people are virtually ignoring. I have a feeling there's gonna be a paradigm shift in the radio soon. Note that I tried linking to Youtube, but for some reason GS won't let me.
SLEEPER AGENT. I can honestly see these guys EXPLODING in popularity over the next few months, their debut Celabrasion just came out. Spontaneous garage pop rock... not pop in the sense of them being played on your local Top 40 station, but pop songwriting as seen on albums like Nirvana's Nevermind.
MIDDLE CLASS RUT. Musical duo that is kind of a post punk throwback to Jane's Addiction. Not exactly original, but they're a nice refresher from the sludge of post grunge radio over the past decade. They're already on their way to fame.
FAIR TO MIDLAND. I don't know exactly how to describe it... I guess you could call them "progressive metal", but that's just a loose descriptor. Just listen to their music. I saw them live once, their singer was absolutely chaotic. I hope Beavis and Butthead review them and help them becomes popular.
So yeah... post your own suggestions.
