you knew it was coming....The vid speaks for itself. Although it was tragic what had happened to these students and their families /friends. You know what Jacko is going to blame.

Now lets see some Jack Thompson math.
(not true numbers note this please)
30 millions play violent shooter games.
4 people kill some people and it might be becourse video games.
so lets ban all video games..
now what the hell is that for sort of math?
grisibur
People drink and kill people yet you can go out and buy alchohol...........the weapons that you need to kill people can be pretty easily obtained in the US............and the guy blames video games, yeah Jack, those Half Life fans are all to blame......Â
So because he was prepared he had to have trained by doing videogames? It's the same thing every time.. don't blame the media, bad parenting, easy access to firearms etc...... but blame videogames... it's getting really tedious nownickmag
I dont know dude, after playing Oblivion I have trained my self to use Magicka and summon demons, and thanks to Tomb Raider I can find artifacts and shimmy across walls.............yes Jack you got me there.Â
From Wiki
During his opposition to Howard Stern, Thompson was asked in an interview with a reporter if, by his standards, he would blame Christianity for the murders committed by Michael Hernandez, a fourteen year old who murdered two ****ates in 2004, because Hernandez wrote a diary where he wrote constantly about praying to God. Thompson replied, "The Bible doesn't promote killing innocent people, Grand Theft Auto does. Islam does." Thompson then expanded his comments in the same interview by saying, "Islam promotes the killing of innocent people, The Quran requires the infidel, whether Jew or Christian, to be killed. ... That's a core essence of the religion. ... Muhammad was a pirate who killed infidels and who advocated the killing of infidels. Not a nice guy. Osama bin Laden is in keeping with his fine tradition."

There was an incident about Jacob Robida and Jack Thompson said that he was inspired by GTA games. On February 9, 2006, Thompson implied that the police had found a copy of GTA or a PlayStation 2 in Robida's car. However, police only reported finding cash, a stolen shotgun and rifle, and the original handgun. The hatchet had been recovered at the gay bar.The same day Thompson issued this statement, Gamehelper.com contacted the New Bedford police and District Attorney's office to inquire about the facts Thompson claimed to have received from the police department. Both groups denied providing him with any information about the case
Proves hes an idiot.
He's so stupid. Of course the shooter played video games. Just about every male in High School and college plays some sort of video game. What a dumbass. It's like saying "this one school shooter drunk Coca-cola, and this recent shooter drunk Coca-cola, I think I see a correlation. Coca-Cola leads to violance."Account_27Indeed he is. How come he or others who blame video games for shootings never blame those who sell guns (at least I've never heard someone doing that)?:|
So it would be better to stop selling video games instead of selling guns? Anyway that guy wasn't a gamer cause if he was he would have spent the $500 on games not buying guns (I've read earlier on yahoo that he bought a gun and ammo for $571).
