Jack Thompson-Virgina Shooting-Counterstrike

hello everyone

my name is matthew McNamar i reside in Cranbrook BC Canada.

recently on GT.com Jack Thompson has blamed and or pointed fingers to the shooting on Counterstike, this is not acceptable, aside from it being a video game its the point that videogames are apperantly turning youth into killers and murderes, i am seeking a cahnce to proove a point. i am gather people in as many places as possbile to go possibly media with this. to do my research and to make a documentery to show people. if interested in this please contact me at madmatt117@hotmail.com

first of all you have no idea what you are talking about.  that was most likely not why he was killing Christians

second of all, even if he did killed in the name of Jesus, what does that prove.  no, instead that means he would have twisted the words of the Bible in the name of Jesus.  its like in a murder you blame the knife for the murder instead of the person weilding the knife.  even if the knife did kill the victim, why did he have to kill the person anyways?  your no better than Jack Thompson because your blaming one thing or another instead of the person who committed the crime.  man, you do anything to badmouth Christians.

Most people already know that the shooter was a nutcase. There will always be opposition to violent games, just like there are opposition groups against violent movies etc.selbie

Meh, it's just be one more for religion, religion already has millions of deaths on its conscious, don't be greedy, give this one to video games, we haven't really had any good ones yet.
