It's a scientific fact that Jesus walked the earth. Whether or not he was God's son is up for debate, and will never be proven by anything we can come up with....so I'm not sure what your point is.

Im atheist but I believe that Jesus did exist. Do i believe he was the son of a god? Hell no.. Before him and after him all the way up to present times there were and are people still like him that claim to be the son of a god.. as for him dying on the cross, he died like thousands of other criminals did in his time, back then what he was doing was punishable by death. Jesus was not the only one that died for this crime of those times. The cross back then was like the electric chair or lethal injection table of today.. the christians decided to make the cross holy just because jesus died on it..

By "Jesus my theory" I assume you mean the idea that Jesus never existed.

I personally believe Jesus did exist.
