John Lennon Stand By Me?

Why is John Lennon's song Stand By Me explicit, I have listened to this song hundreds of times and I have heard nothing bad enough to be explicit. Just curious.

Many songs on Itunes can be labeled explicit but I never really got why, since there are no offensive or curse words. I guess somewhere in "Stand By Me" it could offend someone.
