i read that 10 minutes of jump roping is equivalent to a 12 minute mile. so in the long run, would jump roping be more effective for losing weight? i seriously need to lose weight and my fastest mile time is like 9 minutes... (im 14) so in the end, would jump roping be more effective?? comments from people wit personal experience on this would be greatly appreciated as well

I have a jump rope, and I can certainly feel the way it works on your stomach...
