A girl I fancy is pregnant. We have a history of making out and having fun. We've never had sex, we've never had the opportunity to as she lives with the baby's father, who isn't actually her boyfriend but she's an alcoholic if that makes sense. She's clever, but also she's a total scoundrel. Like she got banned from an off liscence for common assault and then went back in wearing a wig to see if she could get served. Jolly good fun. She's not a chav by the way before you ask, just a little bit crazy. I don't paint a very good picture of her do I lol.

Anyway she's pregnant with another mans baby and I don't know how I feel. And I DO like her so don't tell me she's not worth it, cause she is.

Oh the misadventures you'll have if you try and pursue her would be worthy of a romantic teen comedy.

Just stay friends with her, just because you aren't together doesn't mean you should never see her again. and who knows, maybe something might happen and she would take you back one day.

If you want to keep chasing her, you'll probably have to play daddy, and if she's like a lot of women, she'll eventually feel guilty about relying on you for that role and wonder if it's altered the value of the relationship. That and if she's a good person, she will ALWAYS put that child before you.

I'd step back and think about how you feel until things have settled down more. If you still want to be with her, go for it!

Seems to me like you've already made your mind up about how you feel. While most of us on OT wouldn't touch her with a ten foot barge pole, you seem to think she's a good girl - so go for it. I'd also consider the fact that were you to end up together with her, then you'd probably be expected to sacrifice some of your income to support the baby as well.

How the hell should I know how do you feel ?

Pregnant is a major killer for me. Add alcoholic and living with some otherdude and call it a day. Don't waste your time on this charity case.
