Just in that Roger Clemens will be on the Yankees. He made it be known during the middle of the 7th inning, where he addressed the crowd by tellingĀ  them he will be returnig to the Yankees. He hope to be pitching late this month or early June for the Yankees. So its official he will be a Yankee. Any Thoughts anyone?

I don't think someone should be able to only play for half a season and pick the team he thinks is going to win the world series to be on.

It proves he doesnt really want to win, or get a ring, which is what most thought he would come back for. It just shows he just wants money. Many said, he wont go to the yankees, he wants a ring, and the yankees arent the best choice, yet he went there. II think he justs wants to fill his pockets.

If his goal was to win another World Series, then he just made a very bad decision.

Clemens has made me sick for the past 3 years. All this special treatment crap, and deciding half way through a season whether he wants to play and who with isn't what baseball is all about.

Can't say it surprises me, I've been expecting this for a while.Ā

How old is this guy? I remember owning a Roger Clemens baseball game for the SNES in the early 90's.

He'll be 45 in August.

He's just as annoying as Favre... Just go away you two, your glory days are done.

I can't believe this guy is coming back. How many times has he said in the past that he's gonna retire for good, yet he always comes back? It's silly already. Guess some people don't know when to hang up the towel.

Wow... bitter much, guys? It was between the yanks, bo sox and astros.. i don't think he really wanted to go back to boston, and i didn't see any reason why he would return to the astros except for the fact that he lives in texas. pettitte is back in new york, why shouldn't he go there? the best years of his career were in new york, he has even said numerous times that when he is inducted into the hall he wants his plaque to have the yankees cap.
