I thought it was really, really good, one of the best comedies I've ever seen. Judd Apatow (Knocked Up, The 40 Year Old Virgin) wrote and directed it and I'm a huge fan of his. It was great to see Adam Sandler play an entirely different character, rather than the loud, obnoxious, immature man-child who punches people in the face like in all his other movies. He also had a great performance as a dying comedian whose life never turned out the way he had wanted, leading to his unfulfilled and depressed nature. This lead to the movie being very serious and equally funny.
On top of all that, the movie was really, really funny. Sandler, Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, and even the brief appearance of Eminem were all hysterical, and some of the stand-up bits were pretty good too. It was overall a great movie and one I plan on seeing again, which doesn't happen with me often. I've never laughed so much in a movie theater in years, and I really suggest that you see it if you haven't already.
