Hi, most of you won't care about this post and why would you? I've haven't posted much lately and I've never been quite the blogger anyway. So yeah, you can quit this post now if you want :)
I did enjoy making my little reviews and posting some ideas on Fuse from time to time and I've to say that even the slightest feedback was appreciated. Also, I loved the community... I mean, not the one that appears on Feedbackula. The real one, the one with very valid opinions and very good points of view.
In the last months, I've really grown to enjoy the featured users blogs, and finding an interesting one always made my... well, maybe not my day, but maybe half an hour or more.
That's why seeing Gamespot like this just makes me sad.
After answering all the survey Gamespot asked me to, this is it? A shiny website where community is virtually just a link to a blank forum page? Where news and videos are all displayed in a mess, just because it looks cool?
I'm not even going to talk about the Adblock dilemma and the Re-reviews argument, because we all know both the pros and cons about them - and I do understand why Gamespot is doing it, even though I really don't agree with it (there are plenty of websites doing well with adblock and no one cares about making re reviews, since players are not stupid and they know that games change in time)
So, I'm sorry, but this shiny mess that is now Gamespot, where community seems more obscured than ever, while social networks are linked everywhere, is really not the Gamespot I was looking for.
I hope that you guys don't feel the same way, because I don't want to see a good website like this go to oblivion. Still, I'll hang out on other websites and maybe check in a year or so.
Goodbye to the one or two people that might remember my posts :)
P.s Congrats to the gamespot member who made the dungeon game that was available when the site was down. I've played it for a good 15 minutes for hell knows what reason...!
Also, feel free to downvote the post or insult. I'm not going to check it. Sorry for language mistakes, but I'm not english or anything.
