If you rupture a blood vessel, they can bleed to death. If you can break through the ocular cavity in the skull, you could damage the brain. Realistically, you would need a whole lot of force to do enough damage to the brain. A force that likely wouldn't be possible with a normal human's hands.foxhound_fox

I don't think so. But one thing for sure is that it'd be extremely painful and is just all around horrible to watch. One of the distinct horrific things about the movie.michaelP4

You can kill someone just by punching them in the nose the wrong way. I am sure it is possible.

I personally think that even though muffins taste better than bagels, bagels are the better choice because they have less sugar. However, both should be eaten in moderation because they are overabundant in carbohydrates.

If you can accept that there are flesh eating zombies running around in the world, you can accept that thumbing someone in the eye is lethal.

Lol been a while but wasnt it just people who had reverted back to their primal instinct of rage because some monkeys got loose in a lab or something. They sure were zombie like to me.

I was hit in the eye with a bottle cap when I was in school and it scratched it. Hurt like hell.
