CBS has a short article on it, and this Thursday the local news where I live is doing a report on it. I live in Missouri where almost anything that can get you high or just fun in general is illegal...Unless it's liquor or gambling because those are huge money makers in MO. I'm currently trying to find some where I live, but no luck yet. Is it legal/illegal where you live?

I was actually just discussing this with friends last night, haha. I've never tried it, but I've heard a bit about it from friends and mutual friends. It's not really big where I live.

Not sure if it's legal here, but from what I've heard it's not too bad. A short but enjoyable euphoric experience that can't compare to good ol' ganja but it does the trick if you're taking a break for a drug test or something.

Just find real weed...it sounds safer and probably easier to find too than that stuff. But if you're worried about drug tests then maybe go with this fake weed. Also, from what I hear, MO cops are apparently retarded.

Isn't it more expensive than real weed? Aside from the supposed drug test claims, I'm not sure why people would bother.

It's legal where I am, I've tried it before. Bought it online, it works, gets you insanely high. A few of my friends actually got sick from smoking too much of it. (You're only suppose to take around 4 hits per hour, they decided to take about 10 each.)

I advise you not to do it often if you do plan on using it. *Also don't take it if you drank any energy drinks, coffe a few hours before smoking.

Don't smoke it if you're on any other drug besides weed.

^ It costed me $20 for 3 grams of K2(20/3=6.6 per gram). Weed is $10 for half a gram(dime bag) or $20 for a gram(dub).

It's banned in much of Europe, but not yet regulated in the States. That's likely to change. A Missouri bill seeks to make possession punishable by up to seven years in prison. A Kansas bill would make possession a misdemeanor, with up to a year in jail and a $2,500 fine. Both laws are identical to marijuana penalties in those states.

For Pete's sake, SEVEN years in prison?

Lets get realy here, people, and realize its just a marijuana-like drug! We might as well make cans of paint, compressed air, and glue illegal too

I kinda want to try this, but i recently quit being an avid smoker. Can I buy this in a store any where and do you have to be 18 to buy it?

I wouldn't know, though I'm for regulating it.

For the most part, the ones where I live are. Someone could be holding a knife with blood next to a dead body and the cops would tell the guy with the knife to leave the scene.

Alot of people try to find a legal alternative to marijuana and then inadvertently find out it's 10 times more powerful and isn't "marijuana".

this makes me embarrassed to leave in the US. good thing i live in south cali tho lol. spice is legal here its a "different" high than weed, but still makes you feel mellow. Seven years though is outrageous, they might as well start putting an age limit for purchasing sharpies and gluesticks.

Probably because you can smoke it in front of cops and not get in trouble. Not to mention the supposedly similar high you get.

Like I said though. That's Missouri for ya. Buzzkill state. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you have to be 18 in Mo. to buy certain things like model glue and a few others. I've never ran into this problem, but then again, I don't buy model glue.

EDIT: Come to think of it, I bought some spray paint a while back and was carded. I don't know if other states do that.

Spice is legal here in UK currently but I have yet to try it. I've been pondering over it recently, since it's dry as a proverbial camel's a** near me at the minute. Stupid rural living.
