For anyone who would like something a little less girly to defend themselves with. :P

I'm not even sure those are legal in my state.
I don't get it, why won't they just buy brass knuckles? Is it supposed to make you look cute while you pound someone's head? You're not supposed to look cu- why is it a cat?!

But whats to stop this dangerous device form falling in the hands of criminals :?
Diablo-B
I think we should place limits on civlian ownership of Key Kitties. It was not the Founding Father's intent for the public to arm themselves with such deadly weapons. There should be a ban on the current version, or "assault" Key Kitty. Key Kitties available to the public should be limited to one or no ears, along with mandatory training and licensing programs.

I'm pretty sure they're illegal in most places but you can still buy them.
Wow, it doesn't matter how terrible you are at stabbing people, with that thing it'd be impossible to NOT do damage so long as you manage to throw your arm in the attacker's general direction. However, it lacks a flashlight and is thus inferior to key kitty. For anyone who would like something a little less girly to defend themselves with. :P

The brass knuckles attached to it. As far as I am aware those are illegal in most places. The comments make me want to call. Wonder if the company is still around?Lol, reminds me of those dumb "HD vision" sunglasses commercials.

Dumb? Wuh? I bet you wouldn't feel the same if YOU could see in true HD ! lol, that commercial always gets me. Trying to convince us taht our own eyeballs are not up to HD resolution and that the glasses would bring up up to par. Lameness at its most epic. But I must admit, as ugly as they are, the lenses actually do make everything look pretty cool. It changes the colors a bit and makes things a bit more um....Oh forget it. ;)"Yes I will give you all the money in my purse, but first look at this cute kitty key chain I have."
Heeeyahhh!
They'll never see it coming.

I'm familiar with weapons laws in two states. In both of them, brass knuckles are c|assified as a deadly weapon, but they're not illegal.
In some countries, Canada I think is one, it's a criminal offence to possess them. They are also illegal in states like California and New York as well as some others if I remember correctly. Other states require they be registered as concealed carry weapons with all the proper paperwork like a firearm. If they're not registered properly then it would be just as bad as carrying an unregistered handgun around with you and being caught. In some countries, Canada I think is one, it's a criminal offence to possess them. This may be true in some states. In Indiana and Kentucky, you need a concealed carry permit if you're carrying brass knuckles outside your house. That's it. You don't have to register them.
