Kid Hits a Car

So, this one guy is driving this car in this school parking lot. A hyperactive kid chases his car, and the guy speeds up. The guy looks to see that the kid is still chasing him. So, the car pushes to a stop, and the kid collides with the car, leaving the kid with a broken leg. The guy drives off, and he is sent to court.

What do you think will happen?

The driver should have backed up. Stupid kid...

He'll be charged despite the kid running into the car, Infact if someone deliberatly jumps infront of a car then the driver gets the blame.

Obviously it was stupid of the kid to chase the car, but also again, obviously it was stupid of the driver to drive away.
