This could be very bad for 24 fans. I don't think this should be taken lightly. "But he is just another celebrity who will get special treatment". Not this time. The problem is that he was on 5 year probation which began in 2004. Now, to get 5 year probation was probably his last true "warning". The judge won't go softly this time. He has had several arrests for misdemeanor drunk driving before. When you add all of this up, it is not looking good.If Sutherland only gets9months, that won't be good either if there is a season8 of24. They usually begin filming in June.
