Ive never held a BBQ, i do remember enjoying kangaroo last time i was at one though :)WollsWhat does that taste like? Chicken?
That looks awesome..:P..i don't grill..i'd proably light the grill on fire...i'm not very technically minded or anything..:(
[QUOTE="Vandalvideo"]I'm not even sure what type of cooking this is or where it would come from. I wouldn't call it Cajun cause of the blue cheese. It seems too fancy to be southern........ My inner cook is confused!cybrcatteri don't know if it's fancy or not, but I do know that I like how it tastes. Most anything on the grill is good :)
I agree..those king crab legs looked good :P..
probably mice. they keep moving into our grill. i used to just kindly move the nest, but they move it back so often that i just turn on the grill and cook them out.LoG-SacramentWhere's your picture?

TRI TIP! A california special cut, not really heard of elsewhere in the states. It is AMAZING when cooked right (sear over high heat, then cook for 30-40 minutes)...do not eat it rare, gotta cook it pink
last time i grilled out with friends (which basically means us standing around and one guy working the grill) we grilled brats and burgers. i've also grilled shrimp before, that was damn tasty.

Tri-tip best cut in the world. Your righe don't eat it bloody but also don't overcook it. If it is cooked just right it is better than the more expensive steaks hands sown.
