Lady Gaga. Like or dislike?

I say dislike. For some reason everybody loves her, and I really can't see why. They say she's unique, but in my opinion she's just plain weird.

Thoughts?

I think she has a lot of talent. Its not my type of music, but I can tell its better than most other mainstream pop artists.

But her persona has really become more about getting attention and being noticed than making a statement about being different.

Oh, and her new single is awful.

Oh, and one other thing. What's with all the weird symbols going on? :?

She keeps doing the one - eye thing,

And look at another picture, there's the whole 'one - eye' thing again and look at her hands.

Unique? No. Weird? Yes.

Indifferent.

Her music? No. Her fashion sense? No way. However, she's a lot more professional than the other artists you see today. By that, I mean she knows a lot more than other singers.

Uneducated meaning you bash her when you have no facts. You probably havnt seen any live videos of how amazing she is. And yes, you have the right to voice your opinion but when its something like DERP "she has a weiner" "she cant sing" I mean, I dont give a crap if you dont like her or if you have a perfectly good reason to hate her but if you hate her because its the "cool thing" to do then you have problems.

Don't get me wrong I was just like everybody else. I hated her because I didn't know who she was and figured "oh, a weird pop star" not my thing because I listen to metal music. But when I actually took the time to figure her out and learn about her then I found out how amazing she is.

I'm in the middle. Most of the stuff she does outside of her music is annoying but her music's alright. I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to her but her songs are pretty catchy. JML897

She's better than most artists that are on TV nowadays.

Not a big fan of Born This Way.But I like her other songs.

I neither love her nor hate her. I DO enjoy listening to a few of her songs...HEY! they are catchy :oops: but I'm not about to go out of my way for aything GaGa related haha. :P

No you didn't say any of those things, I was just getting ahead of myself and was assumming. I apologize lol. Im just a big fan and feel like I have to defend her on this website because the majority of this forum is "metal is dah pwnzorz" It's perfectly fine to hate a certain band or artist. When I dont like somebody I just say "I don't like them" simply because I don't have any knowledge about the group to make a reasonable opinion. Sorry lol

I should probably stay away from Lady Gaga threads on this site because its never pretty haha

Did you even readmy post above? It clearly says that Lady Gaga isn't in Bowie's league.

I dislike that people keep bringing her up more than I dislike her music (which is a lot). Its annoying that most of it is hate, if it wasnt for the hardcore haters I might have been able to live a perfect Gaga free life.

I dislike her. Pop is not my genre of music.

she has little in the way of talent, but her handlers have marketed her perfectly...

She's weird, but I like her. Her music is just catchy, and she has a good voice. She can actually sing and doesn't rely on auto tune to make her voice sound good.
