Lately there are some rumours spreading ever faster: That laser printers, when functioning, can emit ultra-fine particles that are 5 times more concentrated in an officeenvironmentthan traffic particles.
Once these particles enter the lungs (while inhaling), they can reach the lowest edges and cause pulmonary problems from iritations to cardiovascular problems or even cancer.

Personally, I don't own a laser printer, just a high-speed normal ink printer, and after reading this article, I don't even want to own one.
This does seem troubling though...
