I've kinda been revisiting all the Flaming Lips' albums lately...but I was turned on to One Day as a Lion. It's Zack de La Rocha (RATM) on vocals/keys and Jon Theodore (ex Mars Volta) on drums. It's monster of hip-hop and rock held together by government hatred. pretty good stuff. Check it out.

I started listening to Dvorak (composer, not band) and Atheist recently... both sound great. Dvorak's 9th Symphony is fantastic. :Dchessmaster1989

I found Sun Volt this last weekend..they have some pretty good music.

I've been getting into Tame Impala, a relatively new band out of Western Australia. They are releasing a new album soon, I can't wait.

I've been listening to Bela Bartok and Eric Dolphy. Oh yeah, I've also been listening to this fantastic Metal guitarist Chimp Spannera lot lately, you guys should check him out if your into Meshuggah-like riffs and Holdsworthian type solos.

Recently I discovered Slough Feg. They are a pretty interesting mix of Heavy Metal, Folk Metal and Power Metal.

The Starlight Mints. These guys are amazing. I really like what they've done to pop music.

As for me.... I finally gave into the hype and bough some TV on the Radio. Not as great as people make them seem but a good band none the less. Deadweather and Awesome Color are fantastic as well, just started cracking into them.

Most recently Inquinok. According to the description on youtube they're Symphonic Black Metal.

Edit:Going to have to change that to Enslavement of Beauty. Just found them a little while ago, and I've been listening nonstop.
