It's sorta in my nature though, i do it with everything, i've crossrefrenced classnotes before cause what the teacher said wasn't logical, if it dosn't make logical sense to me i just reject it :(

You learn things better that way(some does atleast)
A girl at a new years party said I was a cool dude. and when I was drunk and high playing Rock Band 2 someone said "Damn, he can sure hit those drums hard!" I guess that's a compliment......
It was from my girlfriend, so I can't really say without getting modded. So I'll just go with "aren't you clever?" off various family members for passing my Christmas exams (yes, I've only just got the results now and, yes, it did sound as patronising as it's written).
After I played some drums at a local club, from a couple of different people, "Wow, you're a great drummer", followed by, "Wow, that cymbal is weird." I had my 15 minutes of fame tonight. :P
I get compliments on my looks and guitar playing like "wow I like your hair" "your cute" or "wow you play guitar really fast" "your really good with sweep picking arpeggios" "those are some nice scales your playing" those are the most recent a suppose.
Probably, "It's ok, not everyone here hates you!" If that doesn't count it's, "Your hair is so soft!" I don't get compliments much, so I remember them....
